1. A 30-day window

From the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to request a return.

This 30-day return period is offered in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

2. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, returned items should be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with the original tags, where applicable

• Returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible

Proof of purchase or your order details may also be required.

There are no restocking fees.

3. How to start a return

Returns at Grace Dublin begin with a quick email.

Send us a message at info@grace-dublin.com with your order number and details of the item or items you would like to return.

Our team will reply with the next steps and the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the address shown on the original parcel or to our business correspondence address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

Depending on the return, your parcel may need to be sent to our designated international returns facility, which may be located in Asia, including China.

4. Return shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, size, colour, or personal preference, the direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, where permitted by applicable law.

As returns may need to be sent internationally, return shipping costs can vary.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.

If your item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us before returning it. Grace Dublin will cover the applicable return costs where required by law.

5. Exchanges

Prefer another size, colour, or product? Let us know when you contact us about your return.

Direct exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. The quickest option will normally be to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. When your refund arrives

Once your eligible return reaches our returns facility and has been inspected and approved, we will normally process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will generally be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

After your refund has been processed, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need a few additional days before the funds appear in your account.
