Finding something new for your wardrobe should feel exciting, not leave you wondering when your order will arrive. At Grace Dublin, we aim to make our shipping process clear and dependable, so you know what to expect from the moment you place your order until it reaches your door.

Delivery within Ireland is completely free. There are no additional shipping, packing, or handling charges at checkout. For now, we ship exclusively to Ireland.

1. How long it takes

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 5–9 business days.

Your order should therefore arrive within approximately 6–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

2. Our daily cut-off

Our daily order cut-off is 6:00 PM Dublin local time.

Orders placed after this time may begin processing on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

3. Tracking your order

As soon as tracking information becomes available, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Final delivery in Ireland is normally handled by An Post or another local delivery carrier.

Please note that tracking information may take approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch to show its first update.

We always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, although occasional delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
